soo happy I found this webpage. Started learning Xhosa when I was in Khayelitsha last year but found it to be difficult to keep on learning at home. There are so many questions I have when I try learning and nobody to tell me how it is...
About me: I'm 21, from Germany and spent 1 year in an orphanage in Khayelitsha doing everything needed to happen (preparing meds, repairs, drivings, physiotherapie, holiday programe, teaching and much more...) The people working with me tried to help me a lot to learn Xhosa so I already know some! I also got a book ("Learn Xhosa with Anne Munnik") but it often can't tell me what I want to know or understand. Besides I'm busy learning with "Xhosa Audio - phrase a day" (by Ubuntu Bridge)... Actually I'd really like to speak it fluently one day so I probably gonna ask you a lot! I also started a small project for new german volunteers to get started with Xhosa where I'd need some help... enkosi, Nomthandazo! |
